Usually you’ll get an answer in 15 hours, by the weekend waiting time could be a little longer though.

Read carefully item’s documentation and check if there are FAQs related to your issue.
Lot of requests come from customers not following them.

Requesting support

  • Be descriptive and precise. Send related links and/or files helps a lot to solve problems fastly.
  • Keep in mind that support doesn’t mean modification (or customization). However if you need a very small work (around 5/10 min) I will be glad to help you
